We at Foxfire Farms strive to use healthy, sustainable methods for growing and harvesting our produce.
We rotate our crops every year and use cover crops in the in between years.
Rotating helps keep disease and minimizes pest problems which assists with minimal pesticide usage, with certified organic pesticides when need be.
